The smart warehouse system comprises 1400 storage slots, organized into 7 rails. Each rail is equipped with a Material Handling System utilizing MQTT communication. The Material Handling System is equipped with two servo motors for the X and Y axes, and one stepper motor for the Z axis, facilitating precise positioning of items. The entire system is controlled by a Siemens S7-1200 PLC, communicating with the central control center via the MQTT protocol.

The system employs IFM’s RFID technology for item sorting on conveyors, with RFID tags attached to each item. Integrated with powerful IoT methods, it enables monitoring and control through computers, web services, and mobile devices.
